Troy Waugh, CPA, MBA

An innovator of dynamic marketing systems, Troy has more than 30 years of experience in marketing professional services. In 1991, he founded Waugh&CO to service the accounting profession. Troy draws on his former experience as the national sales manager for a major investment firm, the CEO of a publishing company and a manager with Price Waterhouse. Recognized as an industry leader, Troy has impacted clients around the world with his dynamic programs.
Patrick Pruett
Vice President and Executive Director

As the Executive Director of Enterprise Network Worldwide and The Alliance of Professional Associations (The APA). Patrick is dedicated to providing and developing solutions that fit members’ needs as a group and as individual firms. Patrick is particularly focused on growing the network’s membership base and developing long-term relationships with leading, pro-active firms that are committed to a 5 Star Client Service culture. Patrick is a Nashville native with a background that includes executive management roles in the domestic US and overseas in Australia and New Zealand. He is a graduate of The University of Tennessee and received his MBA Degree from Massey University in New Zealand.
Kristin Gentry
Associate Director
Enterprise Network Worldwide
Kristin is the Associate Director for The Alliance of Professional Associations (APA), which includes Enterprise Network Worldwide and five niche associations of accounting firms. In serving those firms, she finds solutions to questions posed by members and assists with member-to-member referrals. Kristin is also the primary contact for the Member Consultant Network groups and all association conferences.  Kristin has been with Enterprise Network for five years, previously serving as the Communications Director. Kristin attended Belmont University in Nashville, where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
Adelaide Ness
International Director
Enterprise Network Worldwide
Adelaide serves as the primary contact for the International members of Enterprise Network Worldwide. In her role, Adelaide is responsible for coordinating member-to-member referrals across the globe as well as finding solutions to questions posed by members, particularly questions of an international nature. She is also responsible for the growth of the network outside of the United States, seeking out like-minded CA/CPA firms in every corner of the world. Adelaide is fluent in French and studied Spanish throughout her school years; she is also versed in Russian. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with an interdisciplinary degree in French, Spanish, Communications and Russian. Adelaide is heading up the new Enterprise Network Worldwide operation in Paris, France which opened in August of 2007.
Holly Stevenson
Member Services Coordinator
Enterprise Network Worldwide
Holly is the member services contact for The Alliance of Professional Associations (APA), which includes Enterprise Network Worldwide and five niche associations of accounting firms. She welcomes new members to the various groups by introducing them to available resources and ensuring they receive all important member documents and communication.   Holly manages all of the network websites and the enwcommunity.com list serves for network groups within ENW, as well as assisting with conferences.  In addition Holly produces all e-communications including the ENW monthly newsletter, The ShortForm and the ENW Notebook.

Holly graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations, Business Communications, and French.



Stephanie Poorman

Stephanie facilitates communication with prospects and clients for The Rainmaker Consulting Group, The Rainmaker Academy and Enterprise Network Worldwide. As a marketing and sales consultant, Stephanie qualifies contacts and set appointments for The Rainmaker Consulting Group’s Permission Marketing Clients. She also assists Consulting clients with marketing and strategic plan development and maintains communication with them by assisting with their quarterly electronic newsletter “A Marketing Moment”. Stephanie’s ability to connect with prospects in order to determine their marketing, sales and networking needs adds tremendous value and facilitates the growth of The Rainmaker Consulting Group, The Rainmaker Academy and Enterprise Network Worldwide.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media Communications from Middle Tennessee State University and has almost completed her Master of Business Administration from Belmont University’s Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business.
Melissa Hunter

Melissa coordinates marketing, public relations and advertising initiatives for all Five Star3 divisions, including The Rainmaker Academy, The Rainmaker Consulting Group and Enterprise Network Worldwide. Melissa holds a BS in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee Knoxville.
Angie Grissom

Angie partners with accounting firms nationwide to develop and implement marketing strategies through Marketing Partner™ Relationships and Permission Marketing Campaigns. Angie co-authors practice management articles with Troy Waugh for Accounting Today, as well as other leading industry publications. She is also the designer of the quarterly newsletter, a Marketing Moment, as well as promotional materials for The Rainmaker Consulting Group, The Rainmaker Academy and GMN Enterprise, a global alliance of accounting firms. Angie holds a BBA with a concentration in Marketing and an AS in pre-law from Middle Tennessee State University.
Scott Bradbary, M.Ed.

Scott is responsible for the development and customization of Rainmaker Academy courses and training programs on behalf of clients. He combines his extensive experience in coaching and teaching with excellent facilitation skills, helping enable professionals to implement their learning. Scott is a key driver in our firm's "It's not what you know about practice development that does you any good; it is what you do that matters" philosophy.
John Krenson

John has 20 years experience leading and managing people in both business and the military. He has been called in to build departments and programs from scratch and turned around failing ones. He doubled sales and increased profits dramatically as the owner of a manufacturing plant. In Afghanistan, he built an effective intelligence team and worked with all military services and over 30 international coalition partners, and was awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service as a result of his efforts.

John received his BA majoring in Political Science at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has been certified as an instructor for the High Performance training series by 360 Solutions, Inc. and the Center for Organizational Design, Inc. John speaks throughout the country on a variety of professional, geopolitical, and personal development topics.
Robin Brothers

As Business Development Director for The Rainmaker Academy, Robin assists clients with sales and marketing training needs. She has been with the company since 2001 and has in-depth knowledge of our programs and experience in working with our clients and participants in the program. Robin also works with senior management to develop growth strategies for the company. She also coordinates all advertising; direct mail, prize and marketing materials, as well as web resources.
Glenn Hunter

Glenn develops relationships with future clients to benefit from all services delivered by The Rainmaker Academy. He is dedicated to identifying training solutions for accounting firms that will make measurable contributions to their employees’ professional growth and the firm’s profitability. Glenn holds a BA in Social Science from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Additionally, Glenn teaches both business and leadership courses at a local Nashville college.

Judy manages the training function for The Rainmaker Academy and The Advanced Rainmaker Academy and supports our Training Consultants. She also assists the VP of Training in curriculum assessment and development.

Judy received her BBA and MBA from the University of Memphis and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development.
Graham Wilson

Graham has extensive international-content knowledge with outstanding facilitation skills that enable CPA firms, departments and individuals to increase their marketing and sales effectiveness. As a former client partner with Franklin Covey and as Director of Training of a large accounting firm in Chicago, Graham has unique insight into the development needs of accountants. He is a frequent speaker and program presenter for the Illinois CPA Society and for many national and international accounting firms. Graham holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from Southampton University in the United Kingdom.
Guy Gage

Guy is an Organizational Counselor who provides training and consulting service for professional practice firms. His focus is on helping firms grow to the next level as he leads them in the strategic-planning process and leadership development. As a regular contributor to various publications, he has written numerous articles on strategy and leadership, and he speaks at association meetings and conferences on related topics. Guy is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College and the West Virginia Graduate College, and he is a Licensed Professional Counselor. In addition, he is completing an AMBA from Marshall University Graduate College.
Charlie Flood, ME

Charlie is a professionally trained educator and businessman who has been on the front line of sales, general management and professional consulting for the past 20 years. His experience comes from work with national accounting firms, national sales-management organizations, the organization of his own business consulting firm and his work with more than 30 companies in the public and private sectors. Charlie holds a BA in Education, a BS in Sociology and a Masters in Education with an emphasis on Educational Leadership Development. Charlie is also certified to facilitate a number of professional development courses.

Joe has over 20 years of experience in leadership development, teambuilding, strategic planning, human resource planning and organizational change. In addition to his experience, Joe is the Chapter Board President of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and is involved in the Organization Development Network and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where he serves as a Chapter Board Member. Joe is also a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). His academic credentials include a B.S. degree in Education from Kansas Newman College and a M.E. degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Wichita State University.

Craig Kitch

Craig began his professional life as a broadcaster, where he learned the power of the spoken word. He took those skills with him to the hospitality industry where he enjoyed a successful career for over 20 years. Working in mid to upper-level management, Craig developed the skills necessary to pull teams of people together and lead them to accomplish ambitious goals. He eventually became a “turn around specialist”, using his marketing skills to remedy problematic properties. He has the ability to strategically position a business in the marketplace and then maximize the niche to gain maximum profitability.
